Our purpose is to ceate creamy and spectacular fruit-based ice creams and sorbets with natural fruits, made in-house flavors, gluten & egg free. Through our innovation we have transformed raw fruits into silky, tempting delights, comparable in taste only to the original fruit. By studying the composition of our fruits acid, sugar content and other variables, we have derived the optimum mix of fruit, milk, cream and ingredients to create the sensation that you are biting into a frozen fruit rather than just cream. Extensive experimentation and education have enabled us to maintain the integrity of our fruit-based ice creams and sorbets while making them exceedingly pleasing to the palate. -Laly |
