Rumba Desserts Ice Creams & Sorbets are shipped frozen by FedEx in 100% recyclable boxes. The ice cream & sorbets will arrived frozen in dry ice, but will then need to be frozen immediately and eaten. Shipping applies to the continental United States. Orders are shipped on Tuesdays, and arrive Wednesday-Friday. Please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to promptly open the package and put the Rumba Desserts products into a freezer!

"Tocino de Cielo"/Salty Caramel Coconut (NEW)
Inspired by a traditional dessert originally from Spain around 1342 AD by the Nuns of Convent Spiritu Santo, in Jerez. "Tocino de Cielo", which means "bacon of the haven" doesn't have any bacon in it. It taste like a rich flan (crème Brule); our version has burnt sugar and salt base and coconut bits with makes it taste like it was truly made in heaven.
