Our purpose is to ceate creamy and spectacular fruit-based ice creams and sorbets with high quality ingredients specially with local ingredients, made in-house flavors mixes, gluten free & egg free. Through our innovation we have transformed raw fruits into silky, tempting delights, comparable in taste only to the original fruit. By studying the composition of our fruits acid, sugar content and other variables, we have derived the optimum mix of fruit, milk, cream and ingredients to create the sensation that you are biting into a frozen fruit rather than just cream. Extensive experimentation and education have enabled us to maintain the integrity of our fruit-based ice creams and sorbets while making them exceedingly pleasing to the palate. -Laly

CITRON MORADO SORBET PINT
Special purple corn, lemon lime, apple, pineapple and exotic spices. A fruity and citrus splash is inspired by the "chicha morada drink" that has been consumed for thousand of years in the Americas, and was sacred to the Incas.
Favorite of: Wine tasting parties intermezzo, craving for something refreshing unique or just "Chicha Morada Sorbet" with a kick.
